New Running Program

 


Now Introducing a New Running Program

This month, I really want to start running again in order to hopefully run a 10k this Thanksgiving! It's perfect timing because my workout program just launched a new 30-day running program!

The goal of this program is to be able to help you discover the joy of running, gain muscle, and increase stamina to take on a 5k! It combines strength training and running to help you find the most success in your 5k!

This program is for runners looking to increase times on their 5k or for people just beginning to run and all the people in-between.

Equipment Needed:
  1. Light, Medium & Heavy Dumbbells (Honestly, I used only 5lb for months before I got more!)
  2. Resistance Loops (come with program purchase!)
  3. Foam Roller
  4. Running Shoes
  5. Can-do Attitude
Nutrition:
For best results, also commit to making good habits in the kitchen! 

It starts with drinking Shakeology to help you get your daily antioxidants, pre- and probiotics, phytonutrients, digestive enzymes, fiber, and adaptogens! I drink it almost daily and comes in so many great flavors including chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla.
