Chocolate Raspberry Superfood Shake

 This is one of my all-time favorite superfood shakes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1+ cup Water
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Shakeology (I like the vegan!)
  • (Optional) Add 1 cup of cauliflower or spinach for added veggies!

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Add water to change consistently to your liking (sometimes I add ice if I want it thicker)
  4. ENJOY!
